GCC Products Modules

1. Account Intelligence

This module provides the list of all the Global Capability Centres (GCC) accounts in India or that have outsourced their operations to India. It will have all the firmographic information and their headquarters information, so you know where they are from. In general, GCCs can be from India, or these outsourcing centers can be in other countries like Asia Pacific (APAC) or Eastern European countries. OceanFrogs provides intelligence on all of them.

2. Contact Intelligence

This module covers all the contact or organization chart information about the GCCs in India and their headquarters location. It will have all their verified email addresses, LinkedIn URLs, and everything that is required to go through the CRM so that you can do a campaign.

3. India-specific Intelligence

This module will have India-specific information, such as the employee count for each of these GCCs. OceanFrogs takes a lot of effort to verify whether this company is in India. We do that by checking the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) to check whether the CIN number provided by the company exists. If the CIN number exists, it means there’s a good chance that their GCCs exist in India.

4. Outsourcing Intelligence

This module tells you about the vendors with which every GCC or headquartered company is engaged! The vendors can be in India or outside. This helps us in two ways:

1. To determine if the GCC is already aware of outsourcing as a practice or not.
2. To know how comfortable they are in outsourcing their teams and technologies.

5. Vendor Management

These are the people who manage the vendors. They could be in procurement, Information Technology (IT) management, program management, or the technology department. They are responsible for managing vendors. That’s why companies targeting outsourcing centers should talk to vendor management and build relationships with them.

The tech tells you what technologies these GCCs and outsourcing centers are using and how long they have been using them. Based on this, you can do the following-

1.   Pitch your services and solutions to them.
2.  You can also decide whether you want to pitch them to be a Managed Service Provider (MSP) for them or not.

6. Location Intelligence

It tells you about all the locations in which these companies have their teams, what those teams are, and how many people work in those teams.

7. Team Maps

It tells you what the teams in various cities are and what evidence OceanFrogs have to provide to prove that these teams exist in these cities and their employee count, like how many people are in these. All of this information and intelligence is available with OceanFrogs.
